22nd Mission: Ithaca | Meganisi | Kalamos | Kastos

Nine years ago, Axion Hellas began its journey of service and solidarity in Meganisi, Kalamos and Kastos. Today, we are returning to where it all began. Representatives of Axion Hellas visited Ithaca, Meganisi, Kalamos and Kastos as part of the preparations for the 22nd Mission, which will take place from 30 September to 4 October.

Together with the Mayor of Ithaca, Mr Dionysis Stanitsas, the Mayor of Meganisi, Mr Gerasimos Katopodis, the Mayor of Kalamos and Kastos, Mr Xenofon Verginis, as well as local authorities and residents, we began planning another mission aimed at providing meaningful support to these remote communities in the areas of healthcare, education and culture.

Preparations for the 22nd Mission are now under way!
