Speaking about Volunteering at the 2nd Gymnasium of Kifisia

On March 17th, we had the pleasure of visiting the 2nd Gymnasium of Kifisia and engaging in a meaningful discussion with the students about volunteering.

We shared stories and experiences from Axion Hellas missions and explored what it truly means to care and contribute, even through small, everyday acts of kindness.

We would like to warmly thank student Apostolos Diatsigos for taking the initiative to invite us, as well as his mother, Athina Zika, an Axion Hellas volunteer, for her continued support. Our sincere thanks also go to the school’s Principal, Mrs. Stasinopoulou, for her kind hospitality.

A highlight of the day was the presentation by the students of class B3, who honored us with a thoughtful and inspiring presentation on volunteering, including a reference to Axion Hellas.

Volunteering can begin anywhere, and at any age.
