Prominent in their promise, Axion Hellas volunteers for the second time offered their valuable services to the residents of northern Chios in the municipality of Amani and Psara during the 6th Crossing that took place in the northern Aegean islands.
The large group of volunteers, consisting of 45 doctors, 10 nurses, 47 general volunteers and 24 people participating in cultural events, despite the difficult weather conditions, originally arrived in Psara where they offered their services to 130 inhabitants of the border island. The trip continued in northern Chios and specifically in Volissos, where about 500 residents received the care of the volunteers.
